Hello, I am Paul Jenkins

After working as an engineer in the corporate world for many years, I started the company TinyEYE Europe with Elisa in 2009 with the ambition to make a meaningful contribution to society from innovation in speech therapy.

As CEO at TinyEYE Europe, I am responsible for the strategic choices that ensure the health of the company.
- the healthy, vibrant corporate culture that attracts and retains quality people.
- the healthy variety of work for ambitious speech therapists, offering them the opportunity to grow and prosper within TinyEYE, not only in their profession but also in other areas.
- the financial health that ensures the continuity of the company and its ability to innovate through new projects.

My personal drive is to ensure that together as a team we can make a difference in people's lives.
After often already small interventions by the speech therapist, children and adults can develop themselves and reach their potential and therefore fully engage in society.
