From a young age I knew I wanted to work with children, most of all I wanted to be a teacher. During my studies to become a teaching assistant I discovered that I prefer to work individually with children. Becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist/therapist was a logical conclusion. I enjoy learning all the different aspects that this education has to offer.
My interests lays with language development disorders and articulatory problems among others. I also am very interested in Dutch sing language. I`ve done a minor to gain more knowledge about the
Dutch sign language.
Working as an SLP-assistant at TinyEYE is great opportunity to get more experience. I am patient, creative and I have a lot of empathy. With these qualities and the skills and knowledge I have gained so far I desire to offer meaningful assistance to my colleague SLP’s.
