Hi, let me introduce myself. My name is Sham Sarbast-Kusters and I am part of the Learning & Development Specialists Team at TinyEYE. It was with great enthusiasm that I started in this role in 2025.
My work is multifaceted. First of all, I make sure that applications run smoothly. This means that I match the right speech therapist with the client and carefully ask the request for help. That way, the first contact has already been made and a basis of trust is immediately established. I am also the point of contact for clients: they know they can always come to me with their questions. This gives them a sense of security and clarity.
I also support the treating speech therapists. I train them, offer tools and act as a sparring partner when there are questions. This helps speech therapists to develop further and shape their treatments even more efficiently and effectively.
Furthermore, I keep myself busy keeping up with the latest treatment methods and therapies. This way, we make sure that TinyEYE always stays up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. Finally, I also take on coordinating and administrative tasks to keep the organisation running smoothly.
In short: I enjoy being there for both clients and colleagues, helping to make everyone feel heard, supported and professionally guided.
Hi, I'm Hayliane Mauricia and I work as a Learning & Development Specialist at TinyEYE.
I support parents, schools and adults in signing up for online speech therapy. In doing so, I find it important that everyone feels welcome and can move forward with the right guidance, from the first step to the start of treatment.
I also mentor both new and current speech therapists. I help new speech therapists during their onboarding so they quickly feel at home, and our current speech therapists can come to me with questions or for additional support. This way, I make sure everyone can work with confidence and enjoyment within TinyEYE.
I am also active behind the scenes with organisational and administrative tasks. All with one aim: to ensure that speech therapists and clients can fully focus on what really matters, the treatment and development of the client.
Working online suits me perfectly: flexible, accessible and yet very personal. It gives me energy to contribute to accessible care and a pleasant collaboration.
Do you have any questions about signing up, online speech therapy or our way of working? Feel free to send me a message. I will be happy to help you!

Behind the scenes, I deal with various administrative tasks within TinyEYE. I make sure everything is well organised so that speech therapists and clients can focus fully on treatment.
I also offer support to speech therapists for specific requests for help or when additional guidance is needed. In this way, together we contribute to the best care for each client.
I enjoy doing my job and think it is important that everyone feels welcome and heard at TinyEYE. Do you have a question or would you like to register someone or yourself? If so, I would be happy to help you!
